Administrative Director

​

As the secretary of the organisation, the Administrative Director chiefly works to maintain organisation of administrative data, and works closely with the rest of the committee to ensure that everything is kept in order. It is absolutely necessary for the candidate to be able to have good organisation and note-taking skills, as well as adaptability to various circumstances.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist the president and the vice-president in the administrative matters of the society 

  • Record and manage the minutes and agendas of all meetings 

  • Ensure that the committee has a copy of the relevant minutes or agenda for each committee meeting 

  • Maintain the society members’ personal and contact details 

  • Sort out the email contact list for monthly newsletter update to be issued

  • Manage the society’s email account and update other committee members on any emails

  • Be responsible for the ticketing of events

  • Effectively manage the Administrative Secretary to achieve the above points
